Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026. These terms govern your use of Abryne University.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using Abryne University ("Abryne", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

3. Enrollment & Payment

Program prices are shown at checkout and charged through our payment provider. Enrollment is confirmed once payment completes. Cohort seats are limited and allocated in order of completed enrollment.

4. Refunds

You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before your cohort start date, or within 7 days after the cohort starts if you have attended no more than the first two live sessions. Refund requests go to support@abryne.university. After this window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Live Sessions & Course Content

Course materials, recordings, and meeting links are for enrolled students only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post course content or session links. Session recordings are provided for personal study within your cohort.

6. Student Conduct

We expect professional, respectful behavior in live sessions and community spaces. Harassment, plagiarism of capstone work, or disruption of sessions may result in removal from a program without refund.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued to students who meet the published Pass threshold for their program. Abryne programs are professional certificate courses, not accredited degrees — see our About page for details.

8. Intellectual Property

Abryne and its instructors retain all rights to course materials. Work you create in labs and capstones is yours; you grant us a limited license to review it for grading and, with your permission, to showcase it.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abryne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected program.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Contact
